Terms of Use
Last updated: 4 November 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Renya App OÜ, Sepapaja tn 6, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia, registry code 17239194, about using Did I Just Nag? By using the app you agree to them. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies; if these terms and Apple's EULA differ, these terms apply to the extent the law allows.
1. What the app is
Did I Just Nag? is a self-reflection diary built around a 30-day challenge: you count your own nags, write about your days and see your own patterns. It is for fun and self-reflection. It is not therapy, counselling, medical advice or a contraceptive or fertility tool, and it does not replace professional help.
2. Who can use it
You must be at least 18. You're responsible for keeping your phone secure, since your diary is linked to it.
3. Subscriptions
- The app is available through a subscription bought in the App Store (monthly or yearly). Some plans start with a free trial.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase, or when the free trial ends.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel them in your iPhone's Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions.
- Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Launch prices are fixed for as long as your subscription keeps renewing.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
4. Your content
Everything you write, record or upload stays yours. You give us only the permission we need to store it, process it (including with AI, as described in the Privacy Policy) and show it back to you. Please don't upload content you don't have the right to share, or images of other people without their consent.
5. Fair use
Don't misuse the app: no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer it, no access to other people's data, and no use of it to harass or harm anyone. AI features have a fair daily limit to keep the service running for everyone.
6. AI
AI-written replies, letters and summaries are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or miss context. Use your own judgement. The app never tells you what to do in your relationship, and nothing it writes is professional advice.
7. Your safety
The app is meant for relationships that are basically good but could use better communication. If you feel unsafe, or are experiencing abuse or controlling behaviour, please reach out to someone you trust or to local support services. In an emergency, call your local emergency number (112 in the EU).
8. Availability and changes
We work hard to keep the app running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may update features over time. If we make significant changes to these terms, we'll let you know in the app first.
9. Ending
You can stop using the app and delete all your data at any time in the app (You › your data). Deleting your data does not cancel your App Store subscription; cancel that in your iPhone settings. We may suspend accounts that seriously break these terms.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intent or gross negligence, or your mandatory consumer rights. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Law
These terms are governed by Estonian law. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country and can bring a claim in your local courts.
